Please consider volunteering whether as a director or for some community activity of interest to you. In particular, our board can always use new faces and points of view. We meet once a month on Zoom to review the financial and property managers reports. Meetings last about an hour.
There is a great training resource at the Condominium Authority of Ontario site for prospective directors. It is free, just create an account and you are good to go. The online course takes 3-4 hours in all. Talk to one of the directors for more information.
